Farm Participation Agreement & Liability Waiver
By purchasing tickets, registering for an event, or entering the property of Kelita's Farm A Sea, LLC and Da Rosa Ranch, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all farm rules, safety guidelines, and liability policies.
Participation in farm activities, animal interactions, outdoor recreation, and use of the property is voluntary and at your own risk.
Guests agree to the following:
✅ Children must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times.
✅ Shoes must remain on while on the property.
✅ Goat interactions are permitted only under the supervision of both a parent/guardian and a staff member.
✅ Guests may not place hands, fingers, food, or objects through fences or animal enclosures.
✅ Guests may not pet, feed, or approach the ranch dog unless invited and supervised by staff.
✅ Swimming in the pond is strictly prohibited.
✅ Fishing is permitted only under the direct supervision of a parent or responsible adult.
✅ Guests must remain within designated event areas and follow all staff instructions.
By completing registration or purchasing tickets, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with farm visits and activities and agree to release and hold harmless Kelita's Farm A Sea, LLC, Da Rosa Ranch, their owners, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, accidents, damages, or losses arising from participation in activities or presence on the property, except where prohibited by applicable law.

The registration should not be completed unless that box is checked. This creates a consistent process for every event, whether it's Birthday Bash on the Farm, Family Farm Day, field trips, workshops, photography sessions, or private rentals.
